Indications:
Rhodiola rosea is produced over Tibet and Alti Russia. The best Rhodiola rosea is grown at a place where altitude is above 3500-5000km. The most effective part is the root while blossom and seedy. Functions: shorten recover time after prolonged workouts, to increase attention span, memory; increase the levels of beta-endorphin in blood plasma which helps prevent the hormonal changes indicative of stress; increase anti-tumor activity by increasing the body's resistance to toxins.
Suggested usage:
2-3 capsules 3-2 times daily.
