What is Anti-Allergy |
There are many active substances (Autacoids) in the human and animal, the important one of which is Histamine. In normal situation, Histamine quietly exists in mast cell. Stay away from the foods which have allergens, such as wheat gluten (especially French fries) and cheese.
Stay away from sugar, ice water and cold foods. No cat and dog in family. No carpet in house. Clean the air condition often. Wash the bedsheet and pillowslip using hot water (at least 45 degrees centigrade) every two weeks, for killing the dust mite.
